What's New:New Swamp Sage's reference library has been substantially expanded to support educational questions across a broader range of topics related to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Regulatory Program. While compensatory mitigation remains the system's primary area of specialization, users may now ask questions about permitting, jurisdiction, aquatic resources, and related regulatory topics supported by an expanded collection of federal guidance and technical references.

Resources: Swamp Sage draws from a growing library of technical resources including reports, white papers, peer-reviewed journal articles, federal regulations, agency guidance, and other publicly available references related to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Regulatory Program, with a primary emphasis on the Savannah District's wetlands and stream compensatory mitigation program. Supporting materials are updated in real time at Swamp Sage Bibliography.
